The service
Vitalo provides health-record organization, educational material and wellness tools. The current website describes a preview. Public accounts and paid services are not open. Availability and supported features will be described accurately before launch.
Adults and account security
You must be at least 18 to use the health-account service. Keep your credentials and recovery codes private, provide accurate information and submit only records you are authorized to use. Tell support if you suspect unauthorized access.
Health information
Vitalo is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent a medical condition. AI and extracted values can be wrong. A qualified healthcare professional should review medical decisions, exercise restrictions and supplement interactions. Seek appropriate emergency help for urgent symptoms.
Your content and acceptable use
You retain rights to your records and content. You permit only the processing needed to provide the features you choose, as explained in the privacy policy. Do not upload unlawful material, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorized access, harass others or share dangerous medical misinformation.
Payments and changes
No purchases or subscriptions are currently available. Future prices, renewal terms and any trial conditions will be disclosed before purchase. See the refund and cancellation policy. Features may change or be withdrawn with appropriate notice where required.
Availability and rights
Service availability and generated information cannot be guaranteed. Keep copies of important originals and do not use the app as the sole record of treatment. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Final contracting entity and applicable commercial terms will be supplied before public paid service begins.
