Respect and privacy
Share only content you have permission to share. No harassment, threats, hate, sexual exploitation, impersonation, scams, unlawful content or dangerous medical misinformation. Never post another person’s medical records or private identifying information without authorization.
Report and block
Use in-app report and block controls for shared content or unsafe AI output. Selected reported material is sent for operator review with your consent. You may also contact support without attaching medical records. Emergency concerns require appropriate emergency services.
Moderation
Operators can investigate reports, remove violating material and restrict accounts. Decisions should be proportionate and documented. Contact support to request review of a moderation decision.
