Delete your Vitalo account.
You can request deletion without reinstalling the app.
From the Android app
Open You → Export and account → Delete account. Review the consequences, enter your password and confirm. Export anything you want to keep first.
By email
Send an account-deletion request from your registered address to privacy@vitalo.online. Include only the account email and your request. We will verify ownership securely. Never email passwords, recovery codes, authenticator codes or medical documents.
What is removed
Deletion revokes sessions and removes active identity information, private reports, medical records, plans, logs, routes and technical issues associated with your account. Existing copies held by recipients and completed provider processing may be outside our control. Backup/processor retention will be finalized before public account launch.
Current availability
Public account registration is not open yet. These instructions will remain publicly accessible when testing and public access open. Cancellation of any future paid subscription is separate from deleting an account; see refunds and cancellation.
